We understand military families are under enormous strain. By offering discounted memberships for eligible military families and personnel the Y can provide extra support while loved ones are away from home.

Who is eligible for a membership?

Silver & Fit® provides eligible members with low-cost memberships through arrangements with certain health care plans. Silver & Fit is designed to help seniors achieve better health through regular exercise and health educations. Visit SilverandFit.com for more information.

What do I need to do?

1. Contact Military OneSource or call 800-342-9647.
2. Military OneSource will confirm your eligibility and send you an eligibility form.
4. Bring your completed eligibility form, Military ID and any other required documentation (Deployment Orders or Military Service Headquarters approval letter) to the Juniata Valley YMCA.
