Home School Swim & Gym

At the Juniata Valley YMCA it is our desire to provide quality programs and services to youth and families in the community. Homeschooling your children is a great undertaking for a parent, and the YMCA wants to help ease that burden by providing weekly extracurricular activities for your child or children to participate in from November through March. Homeschool Gym & Swim time at the YMCA is a great way to work physical activity, healthy living, socialization and play into your homeschool curriculum.

During Homeschool Gym & Swim Time, youth will enjoy one hour of free time in the gym time followed by one hour of free time in the pool, or vice versa. The entire family is welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Any child under 5 the adult needs to be in the pool with them.

Please pack gym clothes, swimsuit, and towel!
