The Juniata Valley YMCA offers both open swim and lap swim options!
Open swim allows for recreational and family-friendly activities, while lap swim is focused on serious swimming and endurance practice with designated lanes for laps. To find specific schedules, including open and lap swim times, check out our schedules page!
