By completing this form you are requesting that your membership's monthly draft to stop. Requests received by the 20th of the month will stop the current month's draft per your draft agreement and you will have access to the YMCA until the the end of that month. For example: if your request is submitted any day between January 1st and January 20th you will stop the February 5th draft. If you submit your request January 21st-31st you will be drafted on February 5th and your membership will be good until the last day in February, and you will not be drafted in March.
